will supply candidates for contract projects
for a fee of US$10.00 an hour. We will find suitable candidates based on your specific SAP criteria
and timeline restraints. We will contact, and discuss the project specifications with the candidate
to assure that they are indeed interested, available and possessing the experience to do the job. We
will inquire as to the hourly compensation they are seeking. We would then submit to you their
newest resume, along with their hourly compensation and availability. We will add our US$10.00 per
hour to this rate to give you the total cost of the consultant. If this consultant is acceptable and
having gone through your interview process you feel they are right for the position, you would then
negotiate the final compensation directly with the candidate or candidate's company. We would
require copies of the monthly time sheets and will at the end of each month, invoice you for
US$10.00 an hour for each hour worked on a Net 30 day basis.
SAP Permanent Employees
SAP
4 SAP
can supply permanent SAP candidates for a fee of 20% of their first year's
annual salary. As with any SAP consultant, we will contact and discuss the
permanent employee opportunity, making sure they are interested, available and
possess the necessary experience. We will also ask them for their salary
expectations. If the candidate is acceptable and having gone through your
interview process you feel they are right for the position, you would then
negotiate the final compensation directly with the candidate. Once the candidate
is in your employ, SAP

would invoice you 20% of the yearly salary in three
segments: 33% Net, 33% Net 30 days, and 34% Net 60 days. At anytime the consultant
is prematurely terminated, no further payments would be due.
